The hidden costs of imbalance: chronic fatigue, burnout, anxiety, and other health risks
How to identify early warning signs of mental and physical exhaustion
Strategies to set boundaries and prioritize self-care without guilt
Time management and energy alignment techniques tailored for women’s lives
Led by experienced professionals in wellness, mental health, and career development, this workshop which will include audience participation, will be a safe and supportive space for women to pause, reset, and reconnect with what truly matters.
