Youngstown, OH – Leadership Mahoning Valley (LMV) is pleased to announce the appointment of Justin White, to its Board of Directors. White is Co-Owner and CEO of Advanced Technology Partners (ATP), a Mahoning Valley firm that serves as the outsourced IT department for more than 100 local businesses. He is a graduate of Leadership Mahoning Valley’s Class of 2025 and brings a wealth of professional expertise, experience, and a shared commitment to strengthening the Mahoning Valley.

Board members of Leadership Mahoning Valley play a vital role in guiding the organization’s strategic direction and ensuring its long-term growth and sustainability. Responsibilities include participation in quarterly board meetings, engagement in committee work, support of organizational initiatives, and a personal commitment to advancing LMV’s mission.

Justin White is Co-Owner and CEO of Advanced Technology Partners (ATP), a Mahoning Valley firm that serves as the outsourced IT department for more than 100 local businesses. He is a graduate of Leadership Mahoning Valley’s Class of 2025 and has participated in the organization’s On Board training, a workshop series for nonprofit leaders and board members. Born and raised in McDonald, Ohio, he still lives there today.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in information technology from Youngstown State University in 2016, having started his career in 2013 as a help desk intern for a group of local manufacturing companies while still in school. Over the next five years he worked through several IT and software development roles there, then founded ATP in October 2018 with his mother, Michelle White, beginning with a team of four and a single client.
In 2019, ATP acquired Directed Technologies, Inc., a local firm with more than 20 years of history in the Valley. ATP has grown every year since, now at a team of 18, with service lines in cybersecurity compliance and custom software development. Justin was named 2025 Entrepreneur of the Year by the Youngstown/Warren Regional Chamber and is a member of the Youngstown region’s first cohort of The CEO Forum.
A significant share of ATP’s client base is Mahoning Valley nonprofits, which the firm serves at substantially reduced rates. Justin built that pricing in deliberately, so that organizations working on tight budgets get the same protection and support ATP’s commercial clients get, not a stripped-down version. ATP was a Social Impact finalist in the 2024 Family-Owned Business Awards, and the United Way of Trumbull County named the firm its 2026 Small Business of the Year.
Beyond his professional life, Justin enjoys playing golf, watching football, and most of all, time spent with his wife, Katie, and their three sons, Cooper, Beckett, and Owen.
