How can you communicate effectively with everyone in your work world?
The reality is that we don’t all communicate in the same way, yet communication is so critical to everything we do.
In this workshop, we’ll learn about Communication Styles and how they help and hinder us, as well as how to flex our styles to best communicate with others. These skills make it easier to collaborate, reduce misunderstandings, and work more effectively as a team.
Each participant will complete a communications assessment prior to the workshop and will receive a report on their communication style. These results will be discussed and built upon in the workshop. (cost of assessments is included in the overall cost of the workshop).
Topics include:
• Communication Styles — Participants’ Communication Styles Assessments will be discussed, and they will have clear understanding of all the styles and how they shape the way we work together.
• Flexing Your Communication Style — Participants will practice flexing their communication style to meet the needs of others.
