“Lead Your Day, Lead Your Year” – Feb. 20, 2025
Presented by Michael Ross, Principal at High Performance, this opening session of the 2025 “Lessons in Leadership” series gave participants practical strategies to strengthen their leadership approach and make every day count.
Drawing on his experience as a Navy veteran, college athlete, and leadership coach, Ross shared tools and disciplines that help leaders inspire teams, clarify vision and drive organizational success.
